1. Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of BugLoop, operated by AI Venture Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or installing the widget you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Early access
BugLoop is in early access. The service is provided free of charge, features may change, and we do not offer a service level agreement or uptime guarantee during this period. We will give account holders notice before introducing charges, and nothing will bill without an explicit action from you.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at security@bugloop.ai if you believe it has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Install the widget on a site you do not control or have permission to modify
- Use the service to collect data you are not lawfully entitled to collect
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, origin restrictions, or other protective controls
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the service without our written permission
- Use the service to transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
- Resell or provide the service to third parties except as a service you provide to your own clients
5. Your content
Feedback submitted through your widget, and the configuration you create, remain yours. You grant us the limited licence necessary to store, process, and transmit that content in order to provide the service — including sending it to the issue tracker you configured. We do not use your content to train models or for advertising.
6. Your responsibilities as a data controller
When visitors submit feedback through your widget, you are the controller of that personal data and we act as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, for disclosing the collection in your own privacy notice, and for responding to data subject requests. See our privacy policy.
7. Third-party integrations
GitHub and Jira are operated by third parties under their own terms. You are responsible for the credentials you provide and for ensuring you are permitted to grant us access to those destinations. We are not responsible for their availability or behaviour.
8. Availability and suspension
We may suspend or limit access to protect the service or other users, to comply with law, or in response to a violation of these terms. Where practical we will give notice first.
9. Termination
You may stop using BugLoop and delete your account at any time. We may terminate an account for a material breach of these terms. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or in violation of applicable law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to account holders before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Utah have exclusive jurisdiction.
